What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number and message you type in. When you register a student, we receive the student's name and birthday, the parent or guardian's name, email, phone and optional home address, the T-shirt size, and your agreement to the waiver. Our website may also record basic visit statistics.

Why

We use your details only to reply to you about classes and the free 1-week trial, and to register and enroll students in class.

Who receives it

Mohammed Tae Kwon Do receives your message. The website is hosted on Wix, which processes form submissions on our behalf.
